Yhub is an AI-powered social media management and analytics platform designed to help businesses manage content, generate marketing materials, analyze social media performance, and improve their online presence.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, and protect information when you access or use the Yhub website, mobile application, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you purchase a paid plan, billing is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Yhub does not collect or store your full payment card details.
We may receive and store subscription-related information from app stores and our subscription management provider, including:
- Subscription status (active, expired, canceled, trial)
- Plan or entitlement level (e.g., Free or Pro)
- Product identifier
- Store source (Apple App Store or Google Play)
- Subscription period start and expiration dates
- Renewal status
- Subscription event metadata (e.g., purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund)
We use this information to:
- Provide paid features and entitlements
- Enforce plan limits (such as monthly AI credits and publish limits)
- Process subscription changes
- Provide customer support related to billing
- Prioritize customer support requests based on subscription plan (Free or Pro)
- Prevent fraud and abuse
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, not directly by Yhub.

- Carousel plans and per-slide text
- Visual style and layout preferences for carousel generation
- Generated carousel images
- Media staged temporarily for publishing workflows

- Generate social media recommendations

- Provide optimization suggestions
- Improve user workflows
- Plan multi-slide carousel content
- Generate carousel slide text and images

Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or recommendations that require independent review and judgment.
Yhub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
7. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we collect and use device registration information (such as FCM tokens and device identifiers) to send service-related alerts to your device.
Push notifications may relate to:
- Content and idea generation completion or failure
- Carousel plan readiness, slide progress, completion, or failure
- Content publishing status (success or failure)
Push notifications are optional. You can disable them through your device’s operating system settings and/or by unregistering your device in the app.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications. Google may process device and delivery-related data as described in Google’s privacy policies.
8. Social Media Authentication
Yhub allows users to connect supported social media accounts through official authorization methods provided by the relevant platform.
Authentication is handled through the platform’s own authorization process.
Yhub does not collect, store, or have access to users’ social media passwords.
Users may revoke access to connected platforms at any time through the relevant platform’s settings.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Yhub may integrate with third-party services and providers, including:
- Meta / Facebook
- Cloud hosting providers
- Authentication providers
- AI providers
- Infrastructure providers
- Customer support providers
- Monitoring and security providers
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app purchase and subscription processing)
- Firebase / Google Cloud Messaging (push notification delivery)
These providers may process information solely as necessary to provide their services.
Yhub is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Yhub does not sell personal information.
Yhub does not rent personal information.
Yhub does not share personal information with advertising networks for cross-app or cross-website tracking purposes.
Yhub does not use personal information for third-party advertising tracking.
Yhub does not engage in cross-platform advertising profiling.

- Push notification tokens: retained until you unregister the device, disable notifications, or delete your account
- Generated carousel content and staging media: retained only as long as needed to complete generation, delivery, or publishing workflows, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate
12. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their Yhub account directly through the Profile section of the application.
When an account deletion request is confirmed:
- The user account will be deleted.
- Personal information under Yhub’s control will be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
- Certain information may be retained where required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights.
- Registered push notification device tokens will be removed.
- Active subscription entitlements are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; canceling or managing your subscription may require action in your store account settings.

13. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate information
